Trailer SumoSprings Spring Under Kit

Trailer SumoSprings are a maintenance-free suspension enhancement built to create a better journey by reducing G-force in your towable by 68%. Handmade from micro-cellular polyurethane, they are designed to remove sway, hop and body roll while increasing overall driver control and comfort while towing. 

Corrugated and bumpy roads? Horses getting thrown from side to side? Dreading the caravan sway with high winds? No longer a problem with these Rear SumoSprings installed. 

NOTE:
This product is designed to work on most trailers with the springs mounted below the axle. Because of the varying build designs from different trailer manufacturers, there are occasionally some models that this product will not fit.

The Load Ratings are to demonstrate the loaded capacity when compressed at 50%.

The SumoSprings should not be compressed past 70% of their original height in order to keep full memory rebound.

Load Ratings & Colour:

• GAWR 1,360kg - 2,260kg Capacity at 50% Compression - Light Blue. Do not exceed 70%. 
• GAWR 2,260kg - 3,620kg Capacity at 50% Compression - Black. Do not exceed 65%.
• This is for each Gross Axle Weight Rating and come in a pair. If you have a dual axle caravan then you will need to add 2 x Trailer SumoSprings to your order.

This is designed to suit:

• Leaf Sprung Trailers with the springs mounted below the axle.
• The gap between the top of the leaf spring and bottom of the frame must be between 18.8cm and 22cm.
• The width of U-Bolt G (see Installation Instructions) is 75mm.
• The width of the feet to sit around the Leaf Springs is 43mm.

If your Travel Trailers has a frame that is off-set from the axle, this requires a contact plate for the installation of your Trailer SumoSprings.
